I am a paying chatgpt and codex user and I am logged in on multiple devices and suddenly <a href="https://chatgpt.com/" rel="nofollow">https://chatgpt.com/</a> has started returning a raw 404 status page with no HTML for me in the browsers on all devices. When I open an incognito tab the website loads fine with no user logged in. YES! I swear I thought something malicious was happening, especially because Claude went down at the same time. <a href="https://status.openai.com" rel="nofollow">https://status.openai.com</a> was totally unhelpful, making me more suspicious.
My Pro logged in account works, but my other Plus logged in account returns 404.

Same, the app gives 404 if you are logged in or try to login.<p>How many millions are being lost from this slip up? Now they can't use Codex to fix the problem and all the devs are in Tahiti on vacation. Funnily enough, this happened many times during AWS us-east-1 outages, during the incident internal tools were also down globally because they relied on us-east-1.
